If you are interested in applying for a Design Fund grant, please follow these steps:

• Review the Design Fund Program Description to determine if your project is eligible
• Contact Thor Erickson, Community Programs Manager, to discuss your project prior to completing the application
• Download inquiry form, save as (the name of your organization)_designfund.doc and email to terickson@cdcp.org
  
• Complete inquiry as thoroughly as possible and submit to terickson@cdcp.org
• Schedule site visit
• Download application form and submit via email to terickson@cdcp.org by due date*
• Email electronic copy AND mail hard copy of application with requested attachments, postmarked by due date*

*	Design Fund grant applications can be submitted at any time, but are reviewed on a quarterly basis.  Currently, applications are due by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1st.
